What is the DEI Coalition?

As global conversations around DEI shift, we believe Europe has a unique opportunity to take the lead in shaping a sustainable and impactful approach. That’s why we’re bringing back the DEI Coalition, a dedicated program as part of TNW Conference 2025 that puts the European Diversity, Equity, and Innovation (DEI) agenda front and center.

Advancing the European DEI agenda
This year, the DEI Coalition will focus on what is working in Europe, how we can navigate evolving challenges, and how we can translate discussions into action. While some regions are pulling back on DEI, Europe can and must move forward - driving innovation, business success, and inclusive growth.

What to expect
Over the two-day conference, the DEI Coalition will offer a dedicated program including DEI-focused discussions, mentoring and networking opportunities. These sessions are designed to showcase, celebrate, and critically examine initiatives that accelerate DEI in the tech industry.
