This is a celebration of exceptional talent in tech and entrepreneurship, showcasing individuals who are shaping the future across three categories:

A panel of judges will carefully review applications based on the following criteria: relevant (work) experience, side projects, and personal accomplishments to find the best candidates.

Applications are now open. This program is a great opportunity to connect with some of the most talented individuals in the digital tech industry, and you don't wanna miss it!

Talents will receive an email saying if they made it onto the list or not.

For Who?

  • This category celebrates individuals under 30 years old who are making waves in the tech, digital, or creative industries. It recognizes young innovators, changemakers, and rising stars who are shaping the future of these industries through their bold ideas, impactful projects, and dedication to excellence.


    Criteria:


    • > Age Requirement: Must be 30 years old or younger at the time of application.

    • > Exceptional Achievement: Demonstrates significant accomplishments or contributions in the fields of technology, digital innovation, or creativity, with a strong portfolio or proven track record.

    • > Impactful Work: Actively working on projects, startups, or initiatives that have measurable impact or show great potential in areas such as sustainability, entrepreneurship, social good, or innovation.

    • > Forward-Thinking Vision: Showcases a clear vision for the future and the ability to inspire or drive change in their industry or community.

    • > Collaboration and Community Engagement: Actively engaged in fostering connections within their field, collaborating with peers, or contributing to the broader tech, startup, or creative ecosystem.

    • > Global Mindset with Local Roots: Combines a global perspective with a connection to their local environment, whether through Amsterdam’s innovation scene or broader industry networks.

    • > Ambition and Growth: Demonstrates a strong desire for personal and professional growth, with a commitment to learning, development, and achieving long-term success.

  • This category is designed to celebrate individuals who contribute unique perspectives, experiences, and skills that enhance inclusivity, innovation, and creativity. Applicants should demonstrate how their background, identity, or journey represents diversity.


    Criteria


    • > Cultural or Ethnic Diversity: Individuals from underrepresented or marginalized cultural, ethnic, or racial backgrounds who bring unique viewpoints or lived experiences.

    • > Disability Inclusion: Applicants with visible or invisible disabilities who actively contribute to breaking barriers and fostering inclusion in their field.

    • > Gender and Sexual Orientation Diversity: Members of LGBTQIA+ communities or individuals breaking stereotypes in traditionally gendered roles or industries.

    • > Socioeconomic Background: People who have overcome significant financial, geographic, or educational barriers to achieve success or create impact.

    • > Neurodiversity: Individuals with neurodiverse conditions (e.g., autism, ADHD, dyslexia) who bring unique ways of thinking, problem-solving, or creating.

    • > Intersectionality: Applicants whose identities or experiences span multiple areas of diversity and contribute to their distinctive perspective.

  • This category recognizes individuals based in or working from the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area who are driving positive change and creating meaningful impact within the local community.


    Criteria


    • > Amsterdam-Based: Must currently reside in or conduct the majority of their work within the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area.

    • > Community Impact: Actively working on projects or initiatives that address local challenges, enhance quality of life, or contribute to the sustainable growth of Amsterdam.

    • > Innovation and Creativity: Demonstrates a fresh and innovative approach to solving local issues, fostering cultural enrichment, or promoting social cohesion in the Amsterdam area.

    • > Relevance to Amsterdam: The project or work should be directly relevant to the needs or opportunities within the Amsterdam community, addressing themes such as sustainability, inclusion, education, health, arts and culture, or urban development.

    • > Collaboration and Engagement: Actively collaborates with local stakeholders, organizations, or residents to ensure the project is rooted in and supported by the community.

    • > Track Record or Vision: Applicants should showcase a proven track record of success or a clear and achievable vision for making a meaningful, long-term impact in Amsterdam.
