There’s been a long running saga with update notes for Medium’s iOS app. The latest may, in fact, be the greatest ones so far: Instead of a traditional bulleted list of the changes, it’s the developer’s discussion from Slack:

It’s a long chat and you can read the rest of it here by scrolling down to ‘What’s new…’

Tl:dr? There’s been some changes to make the app a little faster and smoother to use, but iPad owners will have to wait a little longer for some of the new features.

Obviously Medium’s unconventional approach to update notes is a cheap way to get more attention for the app, but it’s still smart and more fun than the alternative.
