Mailbox, the wildly popular email app for iOS, has just received an update to version 1.2.0 — its second update since Dropbox acquired the app last month.

Mailbox made a name for itself with a cleanly designed, gesture-focused take on emailing (and hitting inbox zero). Now, today’s update brings additional refinements, including the ability to swipe multiple items at a time, UI improvements and adjustments to the app’s snoozing feature which lets you re-send emails to yourself for later viewing (much like Boomerang).

Some of us at The Next Web have been using Mailbox and swear by it. Initial interest in the app was so large that it garnered a massive amount of reservations even before launching on the App Store in February. The company implemented an unusual waitlist feature that showed how many people were in front and behind your place in line.
