About the Speaker
Throughout my career I have managed or have been part of high performance teams with strict deadlines and high workloads. I have learned and experienced that it can be hard to be effective when working in a dynamic environment. I have participated in a variety of courses on effectiveness and went through a couple of organizational redesigns including changes in the way of working.
Not all were useful and successful, so I decided to educate myself better on the topic to be able to coach my teams better. From a variety of sources, like courses, books, podcasts and trial and error, I have created a list of best practices to share in this talk. They are fairly easy to apply and should help you in becoming more effective.
