If you still don’t have a smart phone and use text messages to interact with Twitter, you’ll be happy to hear that the service now lets you turn on SMS notifications for retweets, favorites, and follows.

Up until now, you could only get text notifications when people replied to you or simply mentioned you on Twitter. Apparently that wasn’t enough for SMS lovers.

If you’re on an old-school flip-phone, you can now get a text message every time someone interacts with you on Twitter, so be sure that you have an unlimited texting plan.
