Twitter is continuing to ramp up its monetization efforts, after it confirmed that it’s introducing Promoted Accounts to search results.
Given that Promoted Tweets were already visible through search, this move isn’t all that surprising. And it’s one more way for Twitter to offer eyeballs to companies advertising against related search terms.
So now, not only will you see Promoted Accounts in your main timeline, you’ll see them in search results too.
