Twitter turns Suggestions back on, but apparently not for everyone

As we reported yesterday, Twitter’s last service status message said that it was turning off Twitter Suggestions for 24 hours so that they could prepare to roll out Suggestions to everyone – well, it’s back on, at least for some.

However, we checked a few other accounts and the feature was not up for those accounts, so we’re not sure if Twitter is just rolling them out for everyone gradually, or if what is going on. We have emailed Twitter for comment and please let us know in the comments if your account is enabled. Here is one enabled:
