This tattoo, touted as ‘the first random tattoo in the world,’ generates content every time you scan yourself — guaranteeing lifelong entertainment at house parties, family gatherings and essentially every other time someone has a smartphone nearby. From the creator:

Each time you scan the QR code tattoo you will see something different: Videos, pictures, phrases, weather forecast, tweets … every time something new.

I’ve seen plenty of QR tattoos before, but this does look like a first. Perhaps an app will be released allowing anyone else to get their own random tattoos? If it came out, would you get one? Other interesting uses for QR codes include App2Card, TagMyDoc and QRhacker.
