We’re seeing reports of an unfortunate incident at a BBM party BlackBerry is holding in London. Apparently there is at least one stabbing victim, and those at the party aren’t allowed to leave.

We sincerely hope that everyone is OK and that the crowd at the event stays calm as the police do their job. As of now, there is no official word from BlackBerry on what has happened or how it will handle the event moving forward.
UPDATE: According to a reporter at the Daily Telegraph, the police department have made one arrest:
