Our New York City team has followed Shelby.tv since the startup first stepped into the scene and launched out of TechStars. Since then, we’ve watched the company build a gorgeous social video experience and attended its first hackathon. The battle for the future of social video continues to rage on, but Shelby.tv is at the top of our list.

Shelby.tv is the ONLY U.S. startup to be admitted to The Next Web Conference and CEO Reece Pacheco flew to Amsterdam to represent not only his company, his country but the greatest metropolitan area in the world — New York City.

Check out our interview and Reece’s pitch below. Full disclosure: I’m a huge fan of both Reece and Shelby.tv so you might ask yourself who’s doing the pitching here?!
