Here’s a cool Christmas tree you can build if you have 3,000 spare cans

It’s a sure sign that Christmas is on its way when crazy Christmas trees start appearing online, and here is the first one that we’ve spotted this festive season.

This pretty awesome ‘tree’ — posted to the Internetz by Reddit user flipxfx —  is as environmentally friendly as they come, having been built entirely from cans, 3,000 of them to be precise.

We particularly like that the conventional stacking approach, commonly favoured when building structures from cans, has been forgone in favour of suspending each can for a branch-like look. To give an added Christmas feel, pine scented spray was also added – awesome.
