And on it goes. Far from taking our advice, the lawsuit wars continue today with handset maker HTC submitting their own suit against Apple on five patents, joining recent plaintiff Nokia against the iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad maker.

Going through the US International Trade Commission, HTC is trying to keep Apple from importing iPhones, iPod Touches and iPads into the United States. Can lawsuits get any more ridiculous? (that’s a rhetorical question, of course they can)

It’s the same old story: you sue me, I’ll sue you right back. Honestly, can anybody (even the lawyers?) keep track of all of these lawsuits?

Info is sparse at this point, we’ll update as soon as we find out more about the details of the suit.
