Buy Me a Pie’s grocery list app gets design overhaul, with background syncing, ‘favorite items’ and more

Almost three months after Buy Me a Pie finally arrived for Android, the grocery shopping list app has been given a big overhaul on iOS.

The dictionary now has a new ‘favorite items’ section, which learns the items you enter most frequently, while if a flatmate or significant-other makes changes to a shared list, you’re now informed of this at the time.

Moreover, background syncing means your lists are updated even if the app isn’t open, and there’s new colors for categorizing grocery items – and it caters specifically for color-blind people too.
