Aachen’s amber raised €7mn to sell AI sovereignty to the Mittelstand
The amber Series A raised €7mn, co-led by Ventech and the venture arm of a German state bank. The Aachen startup structures company data before any model sees it, and says that cuts token costs by up to 60%. Its Mittelstand pitch is that no American shareholder can be compelled to hand anything over.
