Ah Wikipedia, home of never ending edit wars, disambiguation pages and click spirals that take you far from the thing you originally landed there to research.

If you, like me, you want more Wiki madness in your life, you need GIFs of Wikipedia.

The Twitter account does exactly what it promises: “Sporadically tweeting animated GIFs from Wikipedia.”

What’s most compelling is that it doesn’t link to the articles it pulls the images from. Sometimes it’s easy to tell what a GIF illustrates. At others, it’s entirely baffling…
