Fancy launches Fancy Box: A crowd-curated monthly subscription service, as it nears 2M users

Stylish inspiration hub Fancy, which feels like a highly curated Pinterest (minus the cute bunny rabbits and annoying quotes), has just launched its own monthly subscription service with it twist: it’s entirely curated by the startup’s nearly 2 million users.

Following the footsteps of BirchBox, Craft Coffee and others, Fancy Box will cost $30 a month in exchange for a promised $60+ worth of goods. The best part is that these goods are sourced from your favorite categories, and the most fancy’d items in those categories are the ones sent your way.

Fancy seemed particularly excited about the new service as the holidays approach, and given the curated twist and variety of products available, it could honestly make a proper gift for a wide variety of people. Unlike its competitors, Pinterest being one of them, Fancy is diving right into monetization, and so far it has worked out quite well for the startup. Only back in March we called the company the next evolution of Amazon.

Fancy in full effect. Get your Fancy fix at home with our monthly subscription service featuring a collection of some of the most fancy’d items, curated by the fancy community. Each box includes $60+ of products in the categories of your choice. You will receive a new box with top Fancy goodies each month. Keep your eyes peeled for a confirmation email from Fancy’s Customer Care Team that should hit your inbox 24-48 hours after purchase. You may indicate the categories of your choice in the “Note to Merchant” section upon checkout.

The Fancy Box is available to all Fancy users, and so if it tickles your fancy (sorry), sign up via the link below. If you’re not yet a user of Fancy, you can join here.
