Stripe is launching its online payment processing service in Germany as a private beta today, expanding the number of developers that can use the platform to accept card transactions on the Web.
The company teased the news over on its Twitter account a little earlier:
Schönen guten Morgen! We’re sending our first invites to the Stripe Germany beta. You can sign up at https://t.co/0SS4UXckJj.

It follows a similar private beta launch in Australia last week – the company’s first expansion into the Asia-Pacific region – as well as a full roll-out in the UK that kicked off back in March.
At the moment Stripe is also available as a private beta in Belgium, France, Ireland and the Netherlands; the service is open to everyone in the United States and Canada too.
