Eat24, the online and mobile food ordering company, announced today that it has released an iPad app that complements its mobile arsenal. The app offers customers exactly the same features as its iPhone counterpart, including Yelp and PayPal integrations, meal searches, notes, and more. The launch of this app comes as the company also shared that it has moved into a new and larger office neighboring the YouTube campus.
With the iPad app, customers can look up their food options while using a larger, but portable screen. Sometimes it might be difficult to glance at menus on a 4-inch screen, but now on an iPad, the experience has been improved. Before this, the devices with the largest screens Eat24 supported were the Kindle and laptops with Google Chrome.

If you’ve used the service on an iPhone, the experience should be the same, except that it’s on a bigger screen. It comes equipped with Yelp reviews, a bookmarking feature, 24 hour live chat support, exclusive offers through its VIP program, and allows users to snap pictures of their food and share it with others.
Additionally, Eat24’s iPad is integrated with PayPal so users can pay without needing to use their credit cards. But if credit cards are preferred, the app can securely store payment information so that it can be reused easily.
Eat24’s iPad app makes it the fifth way a customer can order food through its service. Impressive, especially for a company that launched in 2008 and has not raised any money to date. Now, the service is in 1,000 cities nationwide and has a network of 20,000 restaurants.
