So. Much. Tech.
Some of the biggest names in tech are coming to TNW Conference in Amsterdam this May.
Since its release in July 2011, the original Blottr app has had more than 35,000 downloads, significantly boosting the mobile reporting and news consumption which now drives 23 percent of traffic to Blottr.com.
Blottr has been working hard recently to open up the methods available to citizen journalists globally. Earlier this year the news site added Facebook integration so that readers and newsmakers can distribute the headlines that are meaningful to them.
The company has also introduced an HTML5 version and an iOS app is on the horizon. All of which should help Blottr increase the possible amount of contributors who can report events happening around them.
Links within the Blottr app open up the device browser so that the full content can be read on the mobile site.
Users with devices running from Android 2.1 and up can visit the Blottr page on Google Play in their browser to try it out.
