Windows Phone 7 Google Search app now live in marketplace

Windows Phone 7 Google Search app now live in marketplace

The Google Search app for Windows Phone 7 is now live in the Windows Phone 7 Marketplace.

According to the Google Mobile Blog:

This initial release of the Google Search app includes several features that help you to search faster – suggestions appear automatically as you type, you can choose to repeat a query from your search history, and your current location is used to provide more relevant results.

So if you’re picking up your Windows Phone 7 today at AT&T or T-Mobile, just search for “Google Search” in the Marketplace and there will be Google. As we’ve said, development for this platform will be strong, but nice to see Google on at launch.
