Over on Techit today, TV ads for the forthcoming Windows 8 operating system have appeared. The system is set for general release later this month and no doubt Microsoft would like to get a head start on putting the system in the minds of more consumers. Though whether or not it would seed the Internet with previews or if these are indeed leaked, isn’t yet clear.

Take a look at the videos to see how Windows 8  looks in promotion. Frankly it looks pretty swishy, but as ever, the proof will be in the everyday use by consumers once they start to use the system in anger. (Hopefully just a turn of phrase rather than real rage.)

Beware – watching all four may leave you with chirpy promo music stuck in your head all day. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
