As you likely know by now, The Next Web is supporting the European Commission in the EC’s first year of the Europioneer awards. The goal of the awards is to recognize the European technology entrepreneur of the year, and the voting is about to close. There are only four days left for the public to finalize your nominations, and the list is filled with names that deserve your attention.
Companies like Soundcloud, Rovio and Yandex make their appearance in the main category. But another, equally-important list exists for those under 30. In there you’ll find Spotify, Deezer, Swiftkey and many more.
Make sure to check out the full list, click your choices and submit them before time runs out. In April, Vice President of the European Commission, Neelie Kroes will be handing out the awards in our home city of Amsterdam. So please, cast your votes and then join us for what we like to call the Oscars of Technology.
