Video-sharing service Vimeo has launched a new mobile site which strips back the navigation and focuses on full screen video playback.
The video hosting site says it’s made a lot of changes under the hood to speed up performance on mobile devices.
The other big change is a new Watch Later feature which will let you like videos and save them, even if you haven’t logged in. Once you’ve watched a video, you’ll be served up a selection of recommendations to keep your eyeballs locked on the screen.
Vimeo launched its first original programming last month. Founded in 2004, Vimeo has more than 30 million registered members to date, and claims a monthly reach of 170 million people.
