Video game streaming service Twitch has released version 3.0 of its Android app, adding new profile pages and chatrooms for broadcasters when they’re offline.
From within the Android app, user profiles now exist for any Twitch channel. Users can search for them directly or access channels they follow from the navigation menu. Even if your favorite streamer isn’t online at the moment, you can chat with other fans.
Search functionality in the Android app has also received a boost with the ability to swipe between different query categories, such as channels, people and games.
