Genius began as Rap Genius, allowing you to annotate your favorite hip hop songs, but it’s about a lot more now. Its mission? To annotate pretty much everything. Today, we’re announcing our first collaboration with the company – TNW x Genius.

From tomorrow, you’ll see a suite of articles and features using Genius’ annotation technology popping up on The Next Web. That’ll include pieces on the history of Apple products in hip hop, context on the first iPhone announcement and, most excitingly, our first Apple event live blog using Genius annotations.
If you want to join in, sign up for a Genius account here. If not, look out for yellow highlights like this to see TNW’s Apple commentary track.
