More than four years after launching its first podcast app for iOS devices, you can now download Pocket Casts on a Windows Phone handset.

Just as it does on Android, iOS devices and the Web, the app lets you download, organize and play back all your podcasts – and just like all those platforms, if you want to use it, you’re going to have to pay. The Windows Phone download costs $3.99 as a one-off fee.

As with the other mobile apps, you can sync all your subscriptions (and how far you’ve listened) to your phone, control playback speed and line up auto downloads of new episodes. It also has the featured and trending sections that long-term Pocket Casts users will already be familiar with.

It took four years, but good things are worth waiting for, as people say.
