TalkSport finally brings radio broadcast of English Premier League matches to Europe

When UK-based radio station TalkSport announced that it would broadcast every English Premier League match around the world last season, it was a major bummer (and irony) for many that Europe would not be included due to rights-related reasons.

Today, a year after the TalkSport Live service was unveiled in August last year, the broadcaster announced that the service — which opens up online radio coverage of English football to fans around the world — will be landing in Europe, which will surely bring much cheer to football fans across the region.

Ahead of the 2013/2014 season, TalkSport will also extend the languages of its live broadcasts to include Vietnamese and Bahasa Malay. It has also signed new agreements with partners in the US, China, Vietnam and Singapore.
