Taco Bell’s mobile apps now let you order and pay ahead of collection

Taco Bell’s mobile apps now let you order and pay ahead of collection

Just as McDonald’s announced it was extending NFC payments at 14,000 outlets across the US, Taco Bell has now revealed it’s planning to expedite the food-ordering process too.

Today, the ‘Tex-Mex’ fast food giant has refreshed its mobile apps to bring mobile ordering to the mix. Just select a local Taco Bell in the Android or iOS app, build your order, and pay. Then you just show up, bypass any lines, and you’re good to go.

Taco Bell’s website and social media accounts were all stripped back and darkened to promote the new app, simply providing a link to the download. In case you were wondering why its Twitter account looks like this.
