Digital music company Spotify has released a new version of its iOS app, adding support for iOS 6 according to the release notes.

The new version of the app (0.5.4) comes with some bug fixes and stability improvements, but also offers something new for iPad users: they can now show more stations. Rock on.

Finally, Spotify has presented potential downloaders and updaters with a gruesome decision to make: chocolate, strawberry or vanilla flavor (see screenshot below).

At a recent event in London, Spotify’s Chief Content Officer and Managing Director of Spotify North America, Ken Parks, announced that Spotify has over 15 million active users, with 4 million paying subscribers.

The company just rolled out mobile radio functionality on Android after releasing it for iOS first, and has finally landed in the BlackBerry App World store.
