Speak to yourself in the future with HiFutureMe.

Speak to yourself in the future with HiFutureMe.

TNW Quick Hit

HiFutureMe is an amazingly simple app that allows you to send messages to your future self.

Love It: Easy to use, with no calendar entries or to-do lists to update in order to remind one of things in need of doing.

Hate It: Blank stare.  Punctuality is never something I could hate.

Overall: 5/5

The Details:

Are you a procrastinator?  Does the allure of browsing the internet, updating your Facebook status, or posting another tweet cause you to lose track of time, resulting in the forgetting of a myriad of things, missed appointments, or being known as the person who can’t make it anywhere on-time?

Same here.

HiFutureMe (free) from dBelement is the app those of you (myself included) who answered yes to any of the aforementioned questions, have been waiting for.

With HiFutureMe, now those with an iPhone can send messages, important reminders and anything else, to oneself in the future.  Mind blowing, I know.

No more entering things into one’s calendar, a to-do list, or any taping post-it notes around the house to remind yourself of what you need to get done.  HiFutureMe takes care of it for you.

HiFutureMe brings the ease of text messaging to setting up alerts. Launch HiFutureMe write your message, select a time and hit “Send.”  When the time arrives for that which you are in need of being reminded of, HiFutureMe sends you a text message with the message you left for yourself in the past.

Tremendously useful app?  Indeed.  Get HiFutureMe for yourself, and begin speaking to yourself in the future.
