Three months after it launched on Android, SoundCloud’s Pulse app for artists has arrived on iOS.

As with the Android version, the app allows easy access to a notifications feed, the ability to reply to comments, listening stats and details of all tracks currently available on the artist’s account.

It’s pretty basic stuff, and features like being able to edit descriptions of uploads – or even upload straight from the device, considering how advanced iOS is as a music creation platform now – are sorely missing.

Still, the launch is a little positive news for SoundCloud at a time when most of the headlines about the company concern its less-than-ideal financial position.
