Samsung today announced their first Android 2.1 smartphone in Korea called the M100S.
Similar to the HTC/Google Nexus One, the M100S has a 3.7 inch AMOLED WVGA resolution touch screen, 5 Megapixel camera with 720p video recording capability.
It also has WiFi 802.11n support, GPS, a T-DMB TV tuner, and standard 3.5 mm headset jack. In standard Samsung fashion DivX support is included in the video player.
As with other recent touch screen Samsung mobiles, the M100S comes with TouchWiz UI as it’s home screen. It has a 800 MHz processor, and is planned to be available starting in Korea next month on SK Telecom.
No word on availability outside of Korea as of yet.
