Today at TechCrunch Disrupt during a panel on technology for social change, Reshma Saujani, who is running for US Congress for New York City’s 14th Congressional District, launched a dashboard tool called Pro.act.ly (presently in private beta) for political campaigns to track and message supporters across social media platforms.
