applywithmonsterJob search site Monster.com has officially launched a new “Apply with Monster” button that partner sites can place next to listings.

The button, which is available on both desktop and mobile, performed well in early tests with a few sites. “Apply with Monster” became the top third-party application button for ZipRecruiter, with 80,000 candidates using it every month. CyberCoders saw a 10 percent bump in applicants after implementing the feature.

Widespread adoption of “Apply with Monster” will benefit job seekers, as Monster remains one of the top job search destinations. However, the feature is arriving late to the party, as companies like LinkedIn, Indeed.com have had buttons for some time now.
