As Tidal rides Kanye’s coattails to the top of the charts, the artist himself has some choice words for competitors. Calling out Apple by name, Yeezus says his album will remain on Tidal — and only Tidal.
I could say some things, but here’s Kanye tweeting about it.
My album will never never never be on Apple. And it will never be for sale… You can only get it on Tidal.

So, no album sales. No streaming outside of Tidal. This could also mean he’s got no fallback plan for distributing his music
when should Tidal go under.
Follow the replies on that tweet, and you’ll see fans giving Kanye the middle finger. Apparently, some have downloaded the album and added it their Apple Music libraries manually.
