Google releases an Android app for AdWords… but only in Canada

Google today launched a dedicated app for its AdWords advertising platform on Android… but only in Canada.

The app is extensively featured for a first version. You can view campaign states, update bids and budgets, get alerts and notifications, receive improvement suggestions or call a Google expert for advice.

The app only works for existing AdWords customers; you can’t sign up for the platform through it. The rest of the world is will follow “soon,” but if you’re in Canada, you can download the app from the Play Store now.

The 💜 of EU tech

The latest rumblings from the EU tech scene, a story from our wise ol' founder Boris, and some questionable AI art. It's free, every week, in your inbox. Sign up now!

Note that AdWords is different from the lighter AdWords Express service, for which you’ll need a separate app.
