Welcome to GeekStyle, a column that discusses the ins and outs of geek fashion. (Also read the previous GeekStyle) We are here to help you answer your style questions and provide you with some practical tips on what’s hip (and What is Not), for geeks.

We received an intriguing questions from Paul Andersson about people who don’t ‘get’ technology. You know the types; hopelessly lost when it comes to computers, phones, digital cameras and basically everything with more functionality than a hammer. What if they look up with you with those big brown confused eyes asking for help?

Lovely question and I’m sure lots of people have wondered the same thing. Do you go out of your way to answer every question they have? Or do you laugh in their face and move on? I guess the answer is that it totally depends on the person asking you for help. Some people just want your confirmation that all new technology sucks. Others are seriously lost but eager to find their way. The first thing you need to do is find out what type you are dealing with. Is it the luddite family member that always looked down on you when you were a pimplefaced nerd? Time for revenge! Confidently tell him that the best way to clean his iPhone is to use sandpaper and chlorine.

On the other hand, if the person asking your help is that cute guy or girl from down the hall who really wants to know how to relax their privacy settings on facebook? Well, what are you waiting for? Lend a helping hand, you’ve got the skills.

Twitter user Thomas van der Kleij wants to know if we would be interested in wearing a TitShirt. We are assuming that Thomas really wants to know if it is okay for HIM to wear a titshirt?
In that case our answer is simple: joking around about breasts is fine for only two groups of people: boys between the age of 6 and 10 and women but only when they are among other women. No other groups should joke about breasts, ever. No, not even augmented reality breasts. So Thomas, unless you are between 6 and 8 or ready to be converted to Tamara I’d suggest you stay away from the incredible TitShirt.

Warning: video is slightly NSFW, but in an augmented reality way.
