Mobile advertising company Appsfire, which is on a ‘mission to kill the banner ad’, has been acquired by the Mobile Network Group, for an undisclosed amount.
TNW named Appsfire our French Startup of the Year in 2013. Its acquirer is a larger French ad tech company.
In a blog post, Appsfire says: “Our goal remains the same, our technologies and services remain the same…we’ll just have more resources to what we always wanted.”
