76M Vivo subscribers in Brazil will get a 1 year Evernote Premium subscription thanks to Telefónica Digital

76M Vivo subscribers in Brazil will get a 1 year Evernote Premium subscription thanks to Telefónica Digital

Evernote has teamed up with Telefónica Digital to offer its productivity and note-taking tools to over 250 million mobile customers.

The partnership is being kicked off in Brazil to begin with, giving 76 million subscribers of Telefónica-owned local operator Vivo one year of Evernote Premium for free. Additional carriers operated by Telefonica worldwide will receive the promotion at a later date.

It follows a similar deal between Evernote and Deutsche Telekom, which in March gave its nearly 60 million mobile, broadband and fixed-line customers in Germany the same deal.

Evernote is keen to expand its global presence and userbase of Premium subscribers. Teasing its best features in Latin America should certainly give it that extra exposure, and perhaps in grain the service in people’s daily workflow.
