Evernote has released a new version of its Android app with several new features, including the ability to customize your home screen, PDF annotation from Skitch and a faster, more accurate Page Camera.

The new home screen customization is a premium feature that lets you hide some of the items on the main screen. For PDF annotation, Evernote drew on features from its Skitch app to let paid users add shapes and text to a document. The app now adds a summary page to PDFs to show what annotations have been made. Finally, Evernote has improved “every aspect” of its Page Camera, which takes photos of physical notebook pages.
