Domino’s brings piping hot pizzas to the iPad in the UK

Domino’s Pizza on Tuesday launched its official iPad app on the UK App Store, allowing you to order your pizza, pay for it and then sit back and track it as it makes its way from the store to your house, all using the slick interface of a native app. Built by Somo, It joins the already existing iPhone and Android apps of the company’s American counterpart.

You can use the iPad app to choose from any pizza from the menu, along with the sides, desserts and drinks that you want; payment options include PayPal, credit cards and cash-on-delivery. You can choose one of the available meal deals, go for a half-and-half or build your very own custom pizza.

The app has a built-in store locator, so you can enter your zip code to have it figure out the nearest Domino’s Pizza outlet for you to place your order at. You can also use voucher codes just as you would when ordering pizzas any other way. When you’re all done, the Pizza Tracker lets you keep track of the pizza’s travel for the ultimate in pizza nerdery.

The app is compatible with any iPad running iOS 4.1 or later, and costs absolutely nothing. Except for the pizzas, of course.
