HP’s webOS 3.0 beta developer SDKs went out to those in the Early Access Program a few weeks ago. Inevitably, one developer decided to break the confidentiality agreement and leaked a copy of the webOS 3.0 beta to PreCentral, where you can see dozens of screenshots.

This as-yet-unreleased version of webOS stands alongside Android 3.0 Honeycomb in a wave of existing mobile operating systems getting makeovers for tablet devices. HP’s webOS 3.0 is intended for the TouchPad tablets HP announced at their Think Big, Think Small, Think Beyond event in February.
