Cut the Rope 2 for iOS is out now with more candy-filled, physics-based puzzles to solve

Cut the Rope 2 for iOS is out now with more candy-filled, physics-based puzzles to solve

As promised, ZeptoLab has released the follow-up to its popular physics-based puzzler Cut the Rope on the App Store today. In Cut the Rope 2, players are still tasked with collecting candy for Om Nom, although this time he’s joined by  a cast of supporting characters called Toss, Boo and Blue.

The puzzle designs in the original Cut the Rope were sublime, introducing new mechanics and trickier challenges at a suitable pace. If Cut the Rope 2 is even half as good, this is going to be the perfect game to download on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch over the holidays.

The game will set you back $0.99 and if you’re on Android, fear not: ZeptoLab says it’ll be hitting the Google Play store as a free-to-play game early next year.
