Not too long ago, I did a post about movie trailer search engines here. I have also done some recipe search engines in my time. So who thought of this great mash-up?
MovieRecipes.net did. Just think, you are having a date over for dinner and a movie, and they match! Does it get any better than that? Yes, it does. The recipe page also has an instructional video to help you prepare the meal! So, on the next page I’m going to give you a couple of samples, and then from there it’s up to you. MovieRecipes would love to have your suggestions as well.
A Fish Called Wanda
Sashimi by Chiara Tarenzi.
This is the story of three men (George, Ken and Otto) and one incredibly sexy woman called Wanda. They are trying to organize of the biggest jewel heists in history, but with one slight complication. Otto and her lover Wanda are secretly double crossing the other two members of the group, and Wanda is planning to do the same thing to Otto.
In one specific scene, the diamonds they managed to steal are lost and everybody is looking for them. Otto ties Ken up in his house and interrogates him on the whereabouts of the diamonds, by eating the life fish in the tank one by one. The fish called Wanda too. Hmm, delicious sashimi!
Pour some soy sauce on your fish and get ready to laugh!
Napoleon Dynamite
Meet Napoleon Dynamite: He’s the nerd without a plan. He’s the pride of Idaho and the soul of Preston High School. He’ll knock you socks off with his dance moves at the talent show. He stashes tater tots in his pockets for a mid-class snack, and his favorite animal is a Liger.
Straight from Mexico, Pedro is the new kid and town and to Napoleon’s wonderment, the only kid with a mustache. He has an awesome bike, which just adds to his coolness. Napoleon and Pedro quickly establish a friendship, and when Pedro runs for student body president, the two join forces to create a campaign that will blow other candidates out of the water.
Hungry? Make yourself a cheese quesadilla. Or as Napoleon and Grandma would like to say, “a dilla.” Don’t miss out. They’re fast, easy and amazing.
