Good news for UK football (soccer) fans – BT Sport will remain a free add-on for both new and continuing BT Broadband customers for at least another season.

Though BT covers a number of sports including Moto GP, it’s the coverage of the English, Scottish and other European football leagues that will perhaps appeal to most people. The company says that three million homes now subscribe to BT Sport directly from BT, be it through BT TV or the BT Sport mobile app, and around two million more access the service via deals struck with partners including Virgin Media.
