Britain’s Channel 4 adds 3G and 4G streaming to its 4OD iOS app

While much of the UK’s TV catch-up chatter seems to center around the BBC’s iPlayer, fellow British broadcaster Channel 4 has just introduced what should prove to be a pretty popular feature to its own on-demand player: 3G and 4G streaming.

While the Android incarnation remains a WiFi-only affair for now, iPhone and iPad users can now watch Hollyoaks wherever they wander, free from the confines of a fixed broadband connection.
