Box has added support for its Box Notes service to its iOS app. The feature is available for both iPhone and iPad.

Notes was first announced last September, but it didn’t reach general availability until last month. Android support for Notes is coming later this summer.

Box touts Notes as a better alternative to the many existing note-taking services because its offering is “built for business.” If you’re already using Box for your company’s cloud storage service, you’ll have convenient access to your notes and your files and documents in a single app. If you’re not, then you can probably just stick with Evernote.
