Gamification company Badgeville has released a new version of its tools which brings features like social rewards, personalization and enterprise-oriented features to its platform.
The company says its Behaviour Platform 5.0 is designed to boost engagement and loyalty among website visitors and app users, as well as employees when it is used internally inside businesses.
The new ‘social rewards’ feature brings a way for businesses to acknowledge interactions with a brand, while the new personalization options allow clients to build custom rewards for each user based on things like gender, occupation and location.
Version five also brings beefed up tools aimed at bigger businesses too, like allowing for management of multiple different initiatives across a range of websites and enhanced enterprise security.
