For those of you who missed the Apple announcement as it was happening live today, here’s a quick recap: OS X Mavericks is out and free, the redesigned Mac Pro will be available by the end of the year, there are some new 13 and 15-inch Retina Macbook Pros, both iLife and iWorks were updated, iPad mini now comes with Retina display and A7 processor, and an ultra-thin 1-lb iPad air will debut on November 1st.
